Yes, Our drivers arrive 10 minutes prior to the scheduled trip to ensure prompt and timely departure.

The flight number allows us to track the flight’s status and adjust the pickup time for any delays or early arrivals (where possible), as well as to ensure that the chauffeur waits at the right terminal.

Please provide your flight/train number for the airport or train station pickup when booking and we will track their status and adjust the pickup time for any delays or early arrivals (when possible).

After you clear customs, look for your chauffeur who will be holding a sign or name-board. The chauffeur will also send you an SMS just before your flight lands if you have provided a mobile contact number. If for some reason you can’t find us, please call us. Please do not leave the terminal and go outside before you find us.

At most airports, Boujee limo chauffeur will wait for the passengers 60 minutes after flight arrival time is free of charge. Thereafter, every started hour of additional waiting time will be charged at the rate of our hourly service for the assigned vehicle.
For a standard pickup (i.e. from a hotel or home address), your chauffeur will wait for 15 minutes. Thereafter, every started hour of additional waiting time will be charged at the rate of our hourly service for the assigned vehicle.

No, smoking is not allowed in our vehicles.
We will however cheerfully stop for smoke breaks as requested.

No. It is against the law in British Columbia to consume alcohol in a vehicle.

Our service must be paid in advance. The service is booked the moment the payment is made.

If the service is canceled up to 2 hours prior to the pickup time, there is no cancelation fee. If the service is canceled within less than 2 hours to the pickup time, the cancelation fee is 100% of the agreed amount for the booked service.
